Calorie Shifting is a special diet plan that requires you to alternate your foods so that you can absorb different types of calories. It is not very hard to plan your own diet plan actually. What you need to do is to know your daily caloric intake well, and understand the caloric content in each meal. In order to plan your own diet plan, you must first understand your metabolism rate. Which means, how much calorie do you burn a day. As a general rule, a person usually burn around 1500 calorie a day. So, this diet plan is illustrate using this scenario.

After understanding your own metabolism, you need to lay out a 7-day diet plan that range from 1000-2000 calorie a day. However, the average of the daily calorie must be below 1500 calories.
